Salsa
This recipe was based on Anna Jones Green chilli salsa from 'A Modern Way To Cook'

  • 12 tomatoes
  • 2 chillies
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • 1 tbs chipotle paste
  • 1 tbs white wine vinegar
  • handful corriander
  • teaspoon malden salt

  • 12 tomatoes
  • 2 chillies
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • 1 tbs chipotle paste
  • 1 tbs white wine vinegar

Instructions
  1. Chop tomatoes into halves and place in the blender.
  2. Cut the tops off the chillies, roughly chop and add to the blender along with the maple syrup, chipotle paste, white wine vinegar and salt.
  3. Take the leaves from the coriander stalks and put stalks in the blender.
  4. Whizz it up until it's nice and smooth.
  5. Decant into serving dish.
  6. Chop up the coriander leaves and sprinkle on the salsa to serve.
