Squishy Crispies

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp golden syrup
  • 1 handful vegetarian mini marshmallows Holland and Barrett sell them
  • 2 mugs rice crispies or cornflakes

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp golden syrup
  • 1 handful vegetarian mini marshmallows Holland and Barrett sell them
  • 2 mugs rice crispies or cornflakes
Instructions
  1. Melt the butter and syrup together.
  2. Add the marshmallows and melt them (may need to bash them a bit)
  3. Mix in the crispies/flakes
  4. Squish into a tin and leave in the fridge for a couple of hours to set.
  5. Cut into shapes and devour.
