Ingredients
  • 2400g tins Borlotti beans
  • 8Tbsp Tahini
  • 10Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 Lemons
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2Tsp Cumin
  • 2Tsp Tumeric
  • 1Tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1Tsp malden salt
  • 50-100Ml Water
Instructions
  1. Half the lemons and juice them.
  2. Chuck everything apart from the water into the mixer.
  3. Whizz until smooth.
  4. Really slowly add the water until you have the consistency you like.
  5. Decant into serving dish.
  6. Sprinkle on a little cayenne pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
