Instructions
Half the lemons and juice them.
Chuck everything apart from the water into the mixer.
Whizz until smooth.
Really slowly add the water until you have the consistency you like.
Decant into serving dish.
Sprinkle on a little cayenne pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
