Instructions
Put the butter, golden syrup, caster sugar and drinking chocolate into a saucepan and melt on a low heat.
While the sugar is dissolving in the saucepan, put the biscuits in a bag and bash with a rolling pin to form crumbs and a few small chunks.
When the butter has melted and the sugar dissolved, take off the heat and mix in the digestive biscuits until all covered.
Line a 20cm x 20cm (or equivalent) baking tin with grease-proof paper and press the mixture in making sure it reaches all teh edges.
Break the milk chocolate into small pieces and melt in a microwave.
Pour the melted chocolate over the mixture and smooth over with a palate knife.
Cut into squares and put the tin into the fridge to set.
Re-cut into squares using the lines you made earlier.
The recipe makes about 16, but unfortunately these were devoured before I managed to get a good shot of them, better luck next time!
