chickpeas

Lemons

garlic

extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
Drain and rinse the chickpeas in a colander.
Juice the lemons.
chop / mince the garlic.
Add all the ingredients to the mixer and blend until smooth.
Very slowly add water to gain the consistency you like.
For the kids pour half into a serving dish.
Now to spice up the remaining for anyone who prefers more flavour.
Add the paprika.
Whizz it up.
Decant into serving dish with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of paprika.
