Ingredients
  • 1400g tin chickpeas
  • 4heaped tsp Tahini
  • 1 1/2 Lemons
  • 1clove garlic
  • 8tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1tsp malden salt
  • 2tsp paprika
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas in a colander.
  2. Juice the lemons.
  3. chop / mince the garlic.
  4. Add all the ingredients to the mixer and blend until smooth.
  5. Very slowly add water to gain the consistency you like.
  6. For the kids pour half into a serving dish.
  7. Now to spice up the remaining for anyone who prefers more flavour.
  8. Add the paprika.
  9. Whizz it up.
  10. Decant into serving dish with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of paprika.
