Ingredients
4
oz
milk chocolate
2
eggs
seperated
2
oz
caster sugar
1/4
pint
double cream
1
teaspoon
dried lavender
plus a little to garnish
A little
chocolate
to grate over the top
Instructions
Break the chocolate into chunks and either melt in the microwave or in a bowl over a pan of hot water.
Beat in the egg yolks and sugar.
Allow to cool.
Whip the cream until thick and fold into the chocolate mixture.
Whisk the egg whites until stiff and fold into the chocolate mixture.
Add a teaspoon of dried lavender.
Pour into individual dishes and leave in the fridge to set.
To serve grate some chocolate over the top and scatter with a little lavender.
