Ingredients

tomatoes

Instructions
Chop tomatoes into halves and place in the blender.
Cut the tops off the chillies, roughly chop and add to the blender along with the maple syrup, chipotle paste, white wine vinegar and salt.
Take the leaves from the coriander stalks and put stalks in the blender.
Whizz it up until it's nice and smooth.
Decant into serving dish.
Chop up the coriander leaves and sprinkle on the salsa to serve.
