Ingredients
- 2 400g tins Borlotti beans
- 8 Tbsp Tahini
- 10 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Lemons
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 Tsp Cumin
- 2 Tsp Tumeric
- 1 Tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 Tsp malden salt
- 50-100 Ml Water

Instructions
- Half the lemons and juice them.
- Chuck everything apart from the water into the mixer.
- Whizz until smooth.
- Really slowly add the water until you have the consistency you like.
- Decant into serving dish.
- Sprinkle on a little cayenne pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
