Instructions
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas in a colander.
- Juice the lemons.
- chop / mince the garlic.
- Add all the ingredients to the mixer and blend until smooth.
- Very slowly add water to gain the consistency you like.
- For the kids pour half into a serving dish.
- Now to spice up the remaining for anyone who prefers more flavour.
- Add the paprika.
- Whizz it up.
- Decant into serving dish with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of paprika.
