Ingredients
- 310 ml Water
- 500 g unbleached flour
- 2 tsp easy-blend yeast
- 25 g butter
- 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
- Add all the ingredients in that order to the bread machine, set it on the dough setting and turn on.
- Pre-heat the oven to 220c
- Roll them out to 12 rounds on a lightly dusted surface
- Put them on a baking tray a few at a time and sprinkle with a little flour (cover the remaining ones with a tea towel)
- Bake for 8-10 minutes. While they are baking prepare the next pittas. When cooked (lightly brown and puffy) wrap with another tea towel to keep them soft.
