- 12 tomatoes
- 2 chillies
- 1 tbs maple syrup
- 1 tbs chipotle paste
- 1 tbs white wine vinegar
- handful corriander
- teaspoon malden salt

Instructions
- Chop tomatoes into halves and place in the blender.
- Cut the tops off the chillies, roughly chop and add to the blender along with the maple syrup, chipotle paste, white wine vinegar and salt.
- Take the leaves from the coriander stalks and put stalks in the blender.
- Whizz it up until it's nice and smooth.
- Decant into serving dish.
- Chop up the coriander leaves and sprinkle on the salsa to serve.
